Summary
Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 8 : « IV. – Le présent article entre en vigueur à une date fixée par le décret prévu au III bis , et au plus tard le 1 er janvier 2029. Le II du présent article s’applique pour une durée de trois ans à compter de son entrée en vigueur. Les demandes de réparation doivent être présentées dans un délai de trois ans à compter de l’entrée en vigueur du présent article. »
