Après l’alinéa 29, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Considérant que la République d’Azerbaïdjan occupe, en violation du droit international, des parties du territoire souverain de la République d’Arménie, notamment dans les régions du Gegharkunik, du Vayots Dzor et du Syunik, sur lesquelles de surcroît elle a bâti des fortifications afin d’y implanter durablement des positions stratégiques ; »
