Après l’alinéa 19, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « En parallèle, la France accordera une importance renouvelée à sa politique d’influence, érigée en nouvelle fonction stratégique des armées dans un contexte de compétition dans le champ des perceptions. En vue de l’adoption prochaine d’une stratégie nationale d’influence, les armées structureront leurs priorités dans ce domaine fondamental qui inclut, sans toutefois s’y limiter, la lutte informationnelle. »
