Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « III  (nouveau). –  Dans un délai de six mois à compter de la publication de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet un rapport au Parlement sur l’opportunité d’étendre le bénéfice du congé prévu à l’article L. 1225‑35 du code du travail au conjoint salarié du père ou à la personne salariée liée à lui par un pacte civil de solidarité ou vivant maritalement avec lui, afin de prendre en compte la diversité des modèles familiaux contemporains et assurer l’égalité entre tous les enfants. »
