Après l’alinéa 1, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 1° bis L’article L. 5121‑30 est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’inscription d’un médicament sur la liste mentionnée au premier alinéa suspend l’autorisation mentionnée aux articles L. 5122‑2 et L. 5122‑8, jusqu’à la cessation de la rupture ou du risque de rupture. »
