À l’alinéa 1, rétablir le I dans la rédaction suivante : « I. – Le code de l’éducation est ainsi modifié : « 1° Après le 5° du II de l’article L. 631‑1, il est inséré un 5° bis ainsi rédigé : « 5° bis Les modalités d’accès et les conditions d’obtention du diplôme d’études spécialisées en médecine palliative et en soins d’accompagnement ; » « 2° Le premier alinéa de l’article L. 632‑1 est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Elles comprennent une formation à l’accompagnement de la fin de vie, à l’approche palliative et à l’aide à mourir. »
