Summary
Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 4 : « Art. L. 1111-12-12. – I. – Un médecin, un infirmier ou une infirmière n’est pas tenu de pratiquer une euthanasie ou un suicide assisté. Aucun aide-soignant ou aucune aide-soignante et aucun auxiliaire médical n’est tenu de concourir à une euthanasie ou à un suicide assisté. Les professionnels de santé exerçant dans les pharmacies à usage intérieur mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article L. 1111‑12‑6 ne sont pas tenus de délivrer la substance létale. »
