I. – À l’alinéa 6, après le mot : « concernée », insérer les mots : « , son orientation sexuelle ».  II. – En conséquence, procéder à la même insertion à l’alinéa 10. III. – En conséquence, compléter les alinéas 12, 14 et 16 par la phrase suivante : « Ces dispositions s’appliquent à l’ensemble des assurés indifféremment du genre de la personne concernée, de son orientation sexuelle ou du mode de conception de l’enfant. »
