Summary
La section 1 du chapitre II du titre II du code de la voirie routière est ainsi modifiée : 1° L’article L. 122‑1 est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les autoroutes peuvent comporter des sections à gabarit routier, dans des conditions définies par décret en Conseil d’État et tenant compte notamment de contraintes topographiques. » 2° Après la première phrase du quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 122‑4, est insérée une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Ces ouvrages ou ces aménagements peuvent porter sur des sections à gabarit routier ayant pour effet de fluidifier l’accès au réseau autoroutier. »
