Summary

I. – Supprimer l’alinéa 53. II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 54, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Des stipulations particulières peuvent être prévues par avenant à cette convention pour la durée du travail et de repos afin de tenir compte des contraintes spécifiques d’exploitation mentionnées au premier alinéa du II de l’article L. 3316‑1 du présent code. »
