L’article 315‑1 du code pénal est ainsi modifié : « 1° Au premier alinéa, le mot : « agricole » est supprimé ; « 2° À la fin de l’article, est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « La peine est portée à trois ans d’emprisonnement et 45 000 euros d’amende lorsque l’intrusion a lieu dans un local à usage agricole ».
