Le 3° du I de l’article L. 752‑6 du code du commerce est complété par un e ainsi rédigé : «  e)  La responsabilité sociétale et la distribution de produits bénéficiant d’un des signes, mentions ou démarches prévus par l’article L. 640‑2 du code rural et de la pêche maritime, ou de l’écolabel mentionné à l’article L. 644‑15 du code rural et de la pêche maritime, ou satisfaisant de manière équivalente aux exigences définies par ces signes, mentions, démarches ou écolabel. »
