Après le huitième alinéa, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « II bis . – N’est pas assimilée à de la promotion au sens du I du présent article le fait pour une personne exerçant l’activité d’influence commerciale par voie électronique de communiquer au public par voie électronique un contenu indiquant sa participation à un évènement organisé par un professionnel, lorsque la personne exerçant l’activité d’influence commerciale par voie électronique ne fait pas la promotion directe d’un bien ou d’un service commercialisé par ledit professionnel. »
