L’article 315‑1 du code pénal est ainsi modifié : « A. – Au premier alinéa, le mot : « agricole » est supprimé ; « B. – L’article est complété par l’alinéa suivant : « « La peine est portée à 3 ans d’emprisonnement et 45 000 euros d’amende lorsque l’intrusion a lieu dans un local à usage agricole ». »
