Substituer à l’alinéa 3 les cinq alinéas suivants : « 2° Le 12° est ainsi modifié : «  a)  Au premier alinéa, la dernière occurrence du mot : « civile » est remplacée par le mot : « opérationnelle » ; «  b)  La seconde phrase du second alinéa est ainsi modifiée : « – les mots : « ce dernier » sont remplacés par les mots : « l’autorité de nomination »; « – après le mot : « militaire », sont insérés les mots : « ou à l’autorité de gestion de la réserve à laquelle participe l’intéressé ». »
