Après l’article 373‑3 du code civil, il est inséré un article 373‑3-1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 373‑3-1 . – Le juge aux affaire familiales, saisi en référé par le tiers ou le service accueillant le parent exposé aux violences et ses enfants, peut accorder l’exercice exclusif de l’autorité parentale au père ou à la mère qui a été exposé à des faits de violences par l’autre parent, sauf décision contraire spécialement motivée. »
