Summary
L’article L.O. 131 du code électoral est ainsi modifié : 1° Au début du premier alinéa, est insérée la référence : « I. – » ; 2° Il est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « II. – Nul ne peut être élu s’il ne justifie avoir satisfait à ses obligations de contribuable par la présentation d’un certificat de conformité fiscale délivré par l’administration fiscale et garantissant que le candidat a accompli son devoir de contribuable sur les trois dernières années précédant sa candidature ».
