Summary
L’article 13‑1 de la loi du 29 juillet 1881 sur la liberté de la presse est ainsi modifié : 1° Le premier alinéa est ainsi modifié : a) Les mots : « l’article 48‑1 » sont remplacés par les mots : « les articles 48‑1 et 48‑4 » ; b) Après le mot : « origine », sont insérés les mots : « , de leur orientation sexuelle ou identité de genre, vraie ou supposée ; 2° À la fin du dernier alinéa, les mots : « l’article 48‑1 » sont remplacés par les mots : « les articles 48‑1 et 48‑4, ».
