I. – Avant l’alinéa 1, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « La République française reconnaît la responsabilité de l’État français du fait de l’application des dispositions prévues au premier alinéa de l’article 334 du code pénal à compter du 6 août 1942, qui ont constitué une discrimination fondée sur l’orientation sexuelle. » II. – En conséquence, au début de l’alinéa 1, substituer aux mots : « La République française » le mot : « Elle ».
