Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 2 : « Dans les communes de 50 000 habitants et plus, le conseil municipal désigne au moins deux questeurs parmi les conseillers élus dont un n’appartenant pas à la majorité municipale, sauf si aucun conseiller n’a déclaré ne pas appartenir à la majorité municipale. Ils sont chargés de veiller à la bonne application du règlement intérieur et à la résolution des problèmes matériels et de communication de tous les conseillers. »
