I. – Après le mot : « code », la fin de l’avant-dernier alinéa de l’article 7 du code de procédure pénale est ainsi rédigée : « ainsi qu’aux articles 222‑7, 222‑8, 222‑14, 222‑15, 224‑1 A à 224‑5, 224‑5‑2, 225‑8, 225‑9, 227‑2, 227‑16, 461‑1 à 461‑5 et 461‑7 du code pénal, lorsqu’ils sont commis sur un mineur, est imprescriptible. » II. – Le présent article s’applique à compter du 1 er janvier 2027.
