Après l’alinéa 21, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « III. – Les droits individuels en cours de constitution sont transférables vers tout autre plan d’épargne avenir climat. Le transfert des droits n’emporte pas modification des conditions de leur rachat ou de leur liquidation prévues au présent article. « Les frais encourus à l’occasion d’un tel transfert ne peuvent excéder un montant fixé par décret. »
