Summary

I. – La dernière colonne de la quatorzième ligne du tableau du second alinéa du 1° du tableau B du 1 de l’article 265 du code des douanes est ainsi modifiée  : 1° À compter du 1er janvier 2021, le tarif : « 45,49 » est remplacé par le tarif : « 56,39 » ; 2° À compter du 1er janvier 2022, le tarif : « 56,39 » est remplacé par le tarif : « 67,29 ». II. – Les 1° et 2° du I sont applicables aux produits pour lesquels la taxe intérieure de consommation devient exigible à compter des dates que ces dispositions prévoient.
