Summary
L’article 223 quinquies B du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Le dernier alinéa du I est ainsi rédigé :« sollicitent un accord préalable prévu parle 7° de l’article L. 80 B du livre des procédures fiscales. » ; 2° Le I bis est abrogé ; 3° Au début du II, les mots : « La déclaration est souscrite » sont remplacés par les mots : « L’accord préalable est sollicité et obtenu ».
