Summary

I. – Le VI bis de l’article 199 undecies C du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° À la première phrase, les mots : « vingt ans » sont remplacés par les mots : « quinze ans » ; 2° À l’avant dernière phrase, les mots : « 50 000 € par logement » sont remplacés par les mots : « 2.000 € par mètre carré de surface habitable, ce montant est actualisé chaque année par décret ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
