L’article 223 quinquies B du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Le dernier alinéa du I est ainsi rédigé : « sollicitent un accord préalable prévu par le 7° de l’article L. 80 B du livre des procédures fiscales. » ; 2° Le I bis est supprimé ; 3° Le dernier alinéa est ainsi rédigé : « L’accord préalable est sollicité et obtenu, pour le compte... (le reste sans changement). »
