Summary

I. – Il est établi une taxe sur les produits contenant de la matière plastique non dissociable d’au moins une autre matière, les rendant ainsi non-recyclables. II. – Les produits ou objets concernés par cette taxe sont tous les produits composés par au moins un type de plastique et une autre matière. III. – Le taux applicable est fixé à 15 % du prix hors taxe pour chaque produit. IV. – La taxe est constatée et recouvrée comme la taxe sur la valeur ajoutée. V. – Le I. est applicable à compter du 1 er  janvier 2022.
