I. – Au I de l’article 266 quindecies du code des douanes, après les mots : « indice 55 » sont supprimés les mots : « et du carburant ED 95 repris à l’indice 56 ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits visés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
