Au premier alinéa du I de l’article 220 sexies du code général des impôts, le taux : « 30 % » est remplacé par les mots :« 25 % pour les œuvres cinématographiques dont le budget de production est supérieur à 7 millions d’euros et 20 % pour celles dont le budget est inférieur ou égal à 7 millions d’euros ».
