Summary

Après le 3° du IV de l’article L. 5211‑28 du code général des collectivités territoriales, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé :  « 3°  bis Par dérogation aux dispositions du 2° du présent article, les établissements publics de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre ne peuvent percevoir, en 2022 et en 2023, une attribution par habitant inférieure à la dotation par habitant perçue l’année précédente. Le montant de cette garantie est financé par les minorations prévues à l’article L. 2334‑7-1. »
