Summary

I. – Au 28 ème alinéa, le montant : « 30 millions d’euros » est remplacé par le montant : « 37 millions d’euros » ; II. – Le 47 ème alinéa est complété par la phrase suivante : « Ce plafond ne s’applique pas en 2019 aux établissements ayant changé de catégorie au 1 er janvier 2019 ; » III. - La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
