Summary

The Government is fully committed to the publication of a new decree governing the continuing training of chiropractors. This decree was published in the official journal of September 6, 2025. Indeed, it is essential for chiropractors to benefit from a well-defined framework to meet their continuing training obligation, imposed by article 75 of law no. 2002-303 of March 4, 2002, relating to the rights of patients and quality of the health system. The terms of this continuing training obligation, its hourly volume and its frequency have been defined jointly with the representatives of the professionals, in order to guarantee its implementation and to allow professionals to train in the best possible conditions. The regulatory texts implementing Law No. 2002-303 of March 4, 2002 must be the subject of an opinion from the High Authority of health (HAS). The text was submitted to the HAS, in order to guarantee the quality of the training offered, and will be published soon.

Machine translation from French. The official text remains authoritative.
