Summary
Mr. José Beaurain draws the attention of the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Solidarity and Families, responsible for people with disabilities, to the schooling of children with disabilities. According to Unapei, 23% of children with disabilities have “no hours of schooling” per week, a situation which “violates their right to education”. For some of these children benefiting from “bits” of schooling, it is sometimes find themselves in a class “not adapted” to their needs, “due to a lack of professionals”. The same applies to students attending ordinary school, failing to obtain a place in a Ulis class, specializing in the reception of disabled children, or in a medico-educational institute (IME), despite the validation of their file by a departmental center for disabled people (MDPH). He asks him what the projects are the future in order to put an end to the dropping out of school of students with disabilities.
