However, to date, no concrete reforms have been initiated on the basis of these recommendations. In this context, the MP wishes to know what follow-up the Government intends to give to the recommendations formulated for a long time by the Ministry of Agriculture and whether an evolution of the framework for recognition and control of dog associations is envisaged in order to promote more open and transparent management of canine genetics and guarantee a right of participation to all associations and their members, in particular for better consideration of the interests of the breeds concerned, in particular the Bourbonnais pointer.
