Mr. Bruno Fuchs draws the attention of the Minister of Solidarity and Health to the problem of the emergency hand service (SOS Mains) of the Foundation of the diaconate house in Mulhouse. Since 1988, the Foundation has taken care of hand emergencies on the Diaconat-Roosevelt clinic site.
