Summary

M. Éric Girardin attire l'attention de M. le ministre de l'économie et des finances sur une modification du code des marchés publics. Dans le cadre d'un échange concernant la création d'une légumerie dans sa circonscription, s'est posé la question des marchés publics par rapport à l'alimentation des restaurants scolaires en circuit cour (suite à la loi ÉGALIM qui prévoit pour 2020, 50 % de produit locaux dont 20 % de bio). Aujourd'hui, il semble impossible à un donneur d'ordre public de choisir lors d'un appel d'offre, des produits locaux ou non. Cela est même interdit ! Il aimerait donc savoir si une modification du code des marchés publics est prévue. Si ce n'est pas le cas, il l'invite humblement à y réfléchir.
