Summary

M. Michel Herbillon interroge M. le ministre d'État, ministre de la transition écologique et solidaire au sujet de l'obligation réelle environnementale. La loi pour la reconquête de la biodiversité, de la nature et des paysages a créé en 2016 un nouvel outil juridique, permettant aux propriétaires fonciers de faire naître sur leur terrain, des obligations durables de protection de l'environnement. Deux ans après la promulgation de la loi instaurant l'obligation réelle environnementale, il souhaiterait savoir si un bilan d'étape a été dressé à la suite des premiers retours d'expérience et si des mesures d'incitation fiscale sont prévues pour encourager les propriétaires dans cette démarche.
