Summary

Mr. Olivier Gaillard draws the attention of the Minister of Solidarity and Health to the calculation of retirement contribution periods. Since the publication of Law No. 2014-40 of January 20, 2014 guaranteeing the future and justice of the pension system, professional training courses carried out from January 1, 2015 open the right, under certain conditions, to the validation of quarters of old age insurance.
