The increasing development of this disease and its consequences on children's permanent teeth make it one of the main current issues in terms of dental prevention. While the annual cost of diseases attributable to endocrine disruptors in the European Union amounts to 150 billion euros, the growing development of MIH has also a significant financial impact on social protection.
