Ms. Alexandra Valetta Ardisson draws the attention of the Minister, to the Minister of State, Minister of Ecological and Inclusive Transition, responsible for transport, to the maintenance of so-called “secondary” lines. Thanks to Law No. 2018-515 of June 27, 2018 for a new railway pact, the opening to competition of domestic passenger rail transport services is now possible. From December 2019, the authorities which wish will therefore be able to launch the first calls for tenders for rail services and thus entrust their public service delegation.
