Summary

Mr. Robin Reda draws the attention of the Minister of the Economy and Finance to the impossibility for associations to benefit from the energy saving bonus. The energy performance of buildings is a major issue in the energy transition. This is a subject that the State has taken up through the establishment of the energy insurance premium which rewards responsible sponsors wanting to make their home a healthier place where energy consumption is controlled. To date, only works sponsors are eligible to benefit from the energy bonus. Individuals, owners of housing as an SCI, co-owners, companies or administrations renovating a residential building in their possession are considered as such. Several associations in his constituency taking charge of the renovation of buildings, in particular historical and cultural, but not only that, informed him of the impossibility notified to them of being able to claim the energy insurance premium and thus participate in the ecological transition. He would like to know the Government's intentions on this subject and hopes that it will take stock of the situation with lucidity in order to remedy it as quickly as possible.
