Summary
As part of the examination of the social security financing bill, consistent with the position expressed by the council of the order of doctors, a parliamentary amendment was adopted by the National Assembly in order to improve the detection of situations of chemical submission and the care of victims. The Government supports this initiative and this provision of parliamentary origin has therefore been included in the text for which the Government has taken responsibility. Subject to the continued examination of the text, the Government will therefore be able to put in place, in the coming months, the framework allowing the experimentation of taking charge of examinations allowing the detection of a chemical submission prior to the possible filing of a complaint.
