Mr. Bruno Millienne questions the Minister, to the Minister of State, Minister of Ecological and Inclusive Transition, responsible for transport, on the service by the SNCF of the Rouen-Paris line and more particularly on the new schedule which must be put in place no later than January 2020, impacting, in particular, the service to the Bonnières-sur-Seine and Rosny-sur-Seine stations. A petition against this project has collected more than 1,500 signatures at the end of February 2019. Indeed, at the time of the examination by parliament of the mobility orientation bill (LOM) announcing transport solutions for all and throughout the territory, it appears, following the various information meetings, that a real impact on the quality of service would already be identified at these two stations, knowing that their service remains completely insufficient to date. The station of Bonnières-sur-Seine is the last station in Ile-de-France, but also the first station in Normandy with more than 40% of travelers coming from Normandy.
