Through Ordinance No. 2019-59 of January 30, 2019 relating to the exercise and transfer, on an experimental basis, of certain missions in the network of chambers of agriculture, the State wished to ask the chambers of agriculture to integrate the health aspect, traceability and animal welfare into the general information or advice that they provide to breeders.
