Summary

Mme George Pau-Langevin interroge M. le ministre de l'économie et des finances sur l'existence d'une inégalité administrative entre les Antilles françaises et la France métropolitaine concernant le Kbis, document officiel attestant l'existence juridique d'une entreprise commerciale ou d'une société en France. Cette différence administrative mais également de forme, le Kbis métropolitain ayant un fond bleu à la différence du Kbis antillais, ne permet pas aux entrepreneurs antillais de faire une activité commerciale partielle même pour un temps limité sur le territoire métropolitain car ils sont obligés de faire transférer leur siège social en France métropolitaine. Elle lui demande donc quelles mesures compte prendre le Gouvernement pour mettre fin à cette inégalité.
