The allowance for disabled adults (AAH) is a social minimum which aims to guarantee a minimum of resources for disabled people. It is a determining factor in national solidarity, which fully justifies its being supported by the State budget. This reduction will occur concomitantly with the exceptional revaluation of the allowance which will go from €810.89 currently to €860 on November 1, 2018 and to €900 on November 1, 2019. Beneficiaries of the AAH who live as a couple will therefore not be penalized by the reduction in this ceiling.
