Ms. Perrine Goulet draws the attention of the Minister, to the Minister of State, Minister of Ecological and Inclusive Transition, responsible for transport, to the current situation of the regional express transport network of the French National Railway Company (TER SNCF) which is not subject to the obligations of fixed compensation, reimbursement and financial compensation in the event of train cancellation or delay.
