Summary
Mr. Francis Vercamer draws the attention of the Minister of Labor to the validation of quarters for people who have completed internships subject to the regime of Law No. 77-704 of July 5, 1977, known as “Barre internships”. These internships were paid by the national agency for adult vocational training (AFPA). As for contributions, they were entirely covered by the State, thus allowing the validation of quarters with the general social security system. Today, future recipients of a retirement pension, upon receipt of their career statement, realize that the contributions paid at the time were on a lump sum basis which does not allow all the quarters to be validated with a view to retirement. This situation is experienced as an illusion by those concerned who are forced to prolong their activity in the hope to access the full rate. In order to remedy this situation, he asks what measures the State intends to implement in order to take into consideration the rights of these future retirees.
