Summary
Mrs Marion Lenne questions the Minister of Action and Public Accounts on the taxation applicable to professional fishermen. Following the written question published on May 12, 2019, it is useful to remember that fishermen in Alpine lakes ensure constant monitoring of the quality of the water in the lakes. Whistleblowers in the event of pollution or incident on the lakes, they also finance their reseeding. By always guaranteeing the biodiversity of Alpine lakes, their use of the public domain contributes to ensuring the conservation of the domain and in no way infringes on users' right of access. Thus, it questions the Government on the possibility of exempting professional fishermen of Alpine lakes from the authorization fee for temporary occupation of public domain under article L. 2125-1 of the general code of property of public entities which provides that this authorization can be issued free of charge when it directly ensures the conservation of the public domain.
