The Minister of Solidarity and Health is sensitive to the situation of all professionals working in health establishments and the unprecedented crisis we are going through reminds us of their essential role. Concerning radiology technicians, revaluation measures have been initiated in recent years in application of the provisions of Decree No. 2017-1260 of August 9, 2017. This has thus organized, on right option, the reclassification on September 1, 2017 of agents previously in a category B corps to category A of the hospital civil service, at the level of grades 1 and 2 of general care nurses. This reclassification is accompanied by the revaluation of the index scales which was completed on January 1, 2020. It was accompanied by a significant revaluation of the basic salary (around 250 euros gross per month) this which allows an electroradiology technician with no experience and just out of school to benefit from a salary of 1,827 euros gross/month excluding bonus. On November 20, 2019, the Government launched the “Investing for Hospitals” Plan, which represents a new part of the “My Health 2022” strategy, aimed at restoring flexibility and room for maneuver to improve the daily lives of hospital teams and make careers more attractive. Decree No. 2020-65 of January 30, 2020 thus established the possibility of paying a territorial attractiveness bonus for the benefit of medical electroradiology technicians recruited by establishments within the hospital public service located in areas under pressure.  Finally, the mobilization against the Covid-19 epidemic calls for an overhaul of our entire health system and the President of the Republic announced that at the end of this crisis a massive plan for investment and revaluation of all quarries will be built for our hospital.
